StVZO § 35 a
In accordance with StVZO § 35a: Children under 7 years of age must use a special seat with footrests and hand grips.

StVZO § 19/2
Stamatakis child seats applies with the requirements of the StVZO.
Since Stamatakis child seats with footrests can be removed from the motor-bike, it is considered to be an accessory item and therefore need not be registred in accordance with § 19/2 StVZO.
